Businesspeople are dealers in trust; it could be a generalization of the very well known quotation on leadership from Napoleon Bonaparte, 'leaders are dealers in hope' but in this case it's just a nice try to gain your attention, putting the focus on the issue I want to talk about, the trust and its relationship with the e-commerce strategies that the companies are trying to revamp, since the technology bubble burst in the early years of this century. Here you have a reference to one of that innovative projects, Webtrust. The project has to do with the developing of a trust model for improving the relationships between the company behind a Website and its customers; and it's based on the original ideas of Glen L.
