SSL vs. IPSec-VPN

Will SSL-VPN technology replace IPSec-based one? Some analysts believe that SSL-VPNs will be used for the majority of remote access VPNs, within the next two-to-four years. The main difference between the two solutions, the one related with the mode-of-access, is getting more and more blur as you can have full-network-layer connectivity with an SSL-VPN access also as a thin-client download, usually an Active-X or a Java client.
