On Google browser

I´ve found this commentary in BW on Google browser; the author talks about the evidences around this news and all the hype surrounding it. The title is quite clear, "Google should be in the browser biz", and I think he's right, mainly in his arguments referring to the menace of M$ entering the search engine market. Remember: "the one who hits first..."

The idea of a Google Browser could be viewed as an extension of its well known toolbars, gaining access not only into the Internet but into the PC desktop too. And the agreements with the Mozilla Foundation would be the way for preserving the current image of the company within the OpenSource community.
